How it works
Scan, add, and ship — we’ll keep it simple.
1) Scan items
Scan item barcodes and add items to your Basket.
2) Submit your Basket
Submit your Basket to save items in your My Stuff page. The 30 lb minimum is enforced when you move to shipping so we can pay you more.
3) Ship your items
After submission, enter your box weights and dimensions to generate prepaid shipping labels. Video games must be packed separately from books, DVDs, and CDs.
4) Get paid by eCheck
After your items are processed and accepted, we’ll send payment by eCheck to your account email.
How offers are determined
Offers are based on market data and eligibility rules. Some items won’t have an offer at a given time.
Condition Guidelines
We only accept books that meet the following conditions:
- All pages and the cover are intact — no missing pages or chunks.
- No excessive writing, highlighting, dirt, or damage.
- No library books with excessive markings.
- Normal signs of use are okay, but the book must still be readable.
Payout timing
You’ll receive payout 3–5 business days after we receive and verify your items.

Do I need an account?
Yes. You’ll need an account to submit your Basket and track submissions.
How will shipping work?
After you submit, your My Stuff page lets you review all submissions, combine eligible ones for shipping if needed, and finish prepaid shipping label generation when you are ready. Payout is sent 3–5 business days after we receive and verify your items.
